iWopi is a charitable app that lets you 'donate' the miles you run or walk to different good causes. All you have to do is put on your running shoes and count your miles.
The idea of this app is that the distance you run turns into money raised for charity. You can choose the charities you want to benefit from a long list of possible options. Best of all, you don't have to pay anything; you just have to run. What better way to help others than by also helping yourself, doing something that you would probably do anyway?
With iWopi, you can track your progress as you exercise. You can also see where you fall in the contributor rankings, so besides donating to a good cause, you can also track your time and compete against other runners, too.
Each cause includes a description with the progress made, a deadline for their project, how many more miles they need, along with the percentage already donated.
